Desenvolver o seu potencial e fazer alguma coisa agora
You may know that God's created you with great potential, but you can't stop there. You have to develop your potential.
I believe that many people are unhappy because they aren't doing anything to develop their potential. If you want to see your potential developed to its fullest, don't wait until everything is perfect. Do something now. Start laying your hand to whatever is in front of you.
You must give your potential some form by doing something with it. You will never find what you are capable of doing if you never try anything.
Don't be so afraid of failing that you never take a chance. Don't stay in the safety zone. You may feel safe, but you will never succeed at developing your full potential or being fulfilled in what you are doing. Step out into what you feel God is leading you to do, and you will soon discover what you can and cannot do.
You are full of God-given potential, and He wants to do more through your life than you could ever imagine, but it requires your cooperation. Step out and serve Him wholeheartedly today.
Prayer Starter: Lord, in everything I do, I want to serve You wholeheartedly. Thank You for encouraging me to step out and take action, developing the great potential You have given me.

Receber o perdão, não condenação
Every single day of our lives we need forgiveness. The Holy Spirit sets off the alarm in our spirits to recognize sin, and He gives us the power of the blood of Jesus to continuously cleanse us from sin and keep us in right standing with Him.
But if we are overcome with condemnation, we can be certain it is not from God. He sent Jesus to die for us, to pay the price for our sins. Jesus bore our sin and condemnation on the cross (see Isaiah 53).
When God breaks the yoke of sin from us, He removes the guilt too. He is faithful and just to forgive all our sins and to continually cleanse us from all unrighteousness (see 1 John 1:9).
The devil knows that condemnation and shame keep us from approaching God in prayer so we can receive forgiveness and enjoy intimate fellowship with Him.
Feeling bad about ourselves or believing that God is angry with us only separates us from His presence. He will never leave you, so don't withdraw from Him because of condemnation. Receive His forgiveness and walk with Him.
Prayer Starter: God, thank You for showing me that condemnation is not from You. Today, I receive Your forgiveness. You have cleansed me of sin so that I can live in right standing with You.

Posso me consagro totalmente a Vós.
The Secret Of Real Living
Some Christians have learned little of a daily devotional life. Some time ago a policeman asked me what the secret of victorious living was. I told him that there is no magic formula that can be pronounced. If any word could describe it, I would say surrender. The second word I would say would be devotion. Nothing can take the place of a daily devotional life with Christ. Your quiet time, your prayer time, the time you spend in the Word, is absolutely essential for a happy Christian life. You cannot possibly be a happy, dynamic, and powerful Christian apart from a daily walk with Christ. Christis calling Christians today to cleansing, to dedication, to consecration, and to full surrender. It will make the difference between success and failure in your spiritual life. It will make the difference between being helped and helping others. It will make a difference in your habits, in your prayer life, in your Bible reading, in your giving, in your testimony, and in your church membership. This is the Christian hour of decision!
Daily Prayer
I long for a deeper devotional life, living Lord. May I consecrate myself completely to You.
Convicção é necessária
I never want to be out of fellowship with the Lord. I must have Him to get through every single day of my life.
That's why I'm so grateful for the conviction of the Holy Spirit. He lets me know if I'm doing something that grieves God or interferes with our fellowship. He convicts and convinces me of what is right.
God loves us even more than we love our own children, and in His love, He disciplines us. He tells us again and again when we're on the wrong path. He may tell us fifteen different ways, trying to get our attention.
His message of convicting love is everywhere. He wants us to listen to Him because He loves us. But if we persist in our ways, He'll withhold privileges and blessing from us because He wants us to grow up.
Remember, if you yield to conviction, it will lift you up and out of sin and lead you back to the heart of God. Let conviction lift you to a new level in God. Don't resist it; receive it!
Prayer Starter: Lord, convict me of sin. I realize that conviction is a blessing and vitally necessary to walk with You properly. Get me where I need to be so that I can fellowship with You.
Ajudar os outros a encontrar a liberdade
You can help those you love find real freedom through God's Word.
Just look at how Jesus trained the disciples. He taught them that the Word of God is our foundation. Everyone should build their foundation on God's Word. Jesus said, " You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (John 8:32 TEV)
I want the people I care about to be free: I don't want them bound up by guilt. I don't want them bound up by worry. I don't want them messed up by resentment. I don't want them to be pressured by the expectations of others.
There's only one way to help people be free: Teach them the Truth that will set them free. Teach them that, when you build your life on God's Word, you'll have a life of genuine freedom. A life built on God's Truth is filled with happiness, joy, passion and purpose. You will spare those you love an awful lot of headaches and heartaches and heartbreaks if you teach them to rely on God's Word as the sole authority for their lives.
For many of the people in your life, you're the only one who can help them find freedom in God's Word. That means you have to know God's Word yourself! That should be a great motivation for you to keep growing!

Evidência falsa que parece real
There is a debilitating fear that Satan tries to put on us every day. I call fear False Evidence Appearing Real. It is intended to keep us from having the power, love and sound mind God wants us to have.
Sometimes we think of fear as an emotion, but it is actually a spirit. In fact, fear is one of Satan's favorite tools, and he particularly loves to harass Christians with it.
But Jesus said, "All things can be (are possible) to him who believes!" (Mark 9:23 AMP). And an on-fire, Bible-believing Christian who is fearless is the enemy's worst fear!
It has been said that fear is the opposite of faith, and that is true. We can't live in faith and fear at the same time. Fear paralyzes us and keeps us from receiving God's promises. It keeps us from stepping out and obeying what God has called us to do.
Fear must be confronted head-on with the power of faith. We must proclaim the Word of God and command fear to leave.
So the next time fear knocks on your door, send faith to answer!
Prayer Starter: Lord, alert me when I'm confronted by False Evidence Appearing Real. I know that with Your help, I can respond with the power of faith and send fear running every time.
Espere um milagre!
God specializes in things that are humanly impossible. If you ever use that word "impossible," listen for a laugh from heaven! It's not in His vocabulary. "With God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26 NIV) That's a pretty all-inclusive statement. No matter how big your problem is, God can handle it. But you must do your part. Do what you can with what you have and then expect God to take it from there.
The feeding of the 5,000 teaches a principle that's all through the Scripture: you cannot out-give God. Whenever you give something to Him in faith, the blessing is incredible. "And the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces of bread and fish. And the number of the men who had eaten was five thousand." (Mark 6:43-44 NIV)
Any time you give sacrificially to God you always end up getting more back from Him.

Apoiar-se no Senhor
Leaning on the Lord means depending on Him. What do you do when you lean on something? You trusting it will hold you up. When you lean on God it means more than just "I believe in God." It means, "I am trusting Him to hold me up."
Who or what are you leaning on for strength? Are you leaning on the approval of other people? That is a very shaky foundation. People are going to let you down. Nobody can hold you up all the time because they're human beings.
You can't even trust in yourself. Have you discovered that you often let yourself down? You make promises to yourself all the time you don't keep. If you say, "I'll just depend on me!" you'll disappoint yourself. So what do you do?
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5 NIV)
Leaning on the Lord is scary. It's uncomfortable sometimes. It can make you think, "Is God going to come through? Is He going to hold me up?" But that's what leaning in faith is all about.

Deus pode libertá-lo da prisão do seu passado
I come from a background of abuse and was raised in a dysfunctional home. My childhood was filled with fear and torment.
As a young adult trying to live for Christ and follow the Christian lifestyle, I believed that my future would always be marred by my past. I thought, "How can anyone who has the kind of past I do ever be really all right? It's impossible!"
But Jesus said, "The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me...He has sent Me to announce release to the captives...." Jesus came to open the prison doors and set the captives free.
I couldn't make any progress until I realized that God wanted to release me from the prison of my past. I had to believe that neither my past nor my present determined my future, unless I let it. I had to let God miraculously set me free.
You may have had a miserable past that continues to affect your present in negative and depressing ways. But I say to you boldly, your future is not determined by your past or your present! Let God break off the chains of your past.
Prayer Starter: God, I believe that You are more powerful than my past. I receive the freedom You give me. My past will not determine my future.
Avançar com Promessas de Deus
What does God promise us if we say, "I want you to use me." He promises you three things that can all found in Joshua 1.
God promises strength -- "No one will be able to stand against you." (Joshua 1:5) In other words, what God asks you to do, he'll give you the power to do.
God promises success -- "You will be successful." (Joshua 1:6) God wants you to succeed in serving Him. He doesn't want you to be a failure.
God promises support -- "I will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9 NIV) God's word, done God's way, will not lack God's support.
God has many, many promises for you in the Bible but you've got to discover them. Joshua 1:8 says, "Always remember what is written in this book. Study it day and night to be sure to obey everything that's written there. If you do this, you will be wise and successful in everything." (TLB)
Would you like to be wise in life? Would you like to be successful in life? God's promise of success is not based on your ability. It's based on your commitment to His Word.

Niver da Suzy Valério 2013 - Parabéns!!
The Israelites wandered around in the wilderness for forty years to make what was actually an eleven-day journey. Why?
Once, as I pondered this situation, the Lord said to me, "The Israelites couldn't move on because they had a wilderness mentality." The Israelites had no positive vision for their lives, no dreams. They needed to let go of that mentality and trust God.
We really shouldn't view the Israelites with astonishment because most of us do the same things they did. We keep going around the same mountains instead of making progress, and it takes us years to experience victory over something that could have been dealt with quickly.
We need a new mindset. We need to start believing that God's Word is true. Matthew 19:26 tells us that with God all things are possible. All He needs is our faith in Him. He needs for us to believe, and He will do the rest.
The Lord is saying the same thing to you and me today that He said to the children of Israel: "You have dwelt long enough on this mountain." It's time for us to move on!
Prayer Starter: God, I've spent enough time going around the same old mountains in my life. With You, I know I can move on, so I put my faith in You and let go of my wilderness mentality!
Niver do Junhão 2013 - Uma palavra de Deus pra você
There are two things that cause self-doubt in your life --
Comparing your abilities to others - When you compare your abilities to others, you will begin to doubt my abilities. Instead of looking to God, you start looking at everybody else. You think these other people have more talent, more abilities, more education, or more experience. The moment you start comparing yourself to them, you're going to be filled with self-doubt.
The Bible says, "It is dumb [stupid] to compare yourself to other people." (2 Corinthians 10:12) God doesn't want you comparing yourself to anybody else. He created you to be unique. He wants you to be you.
Remembering your past failures -- Remembering your past failures is like putting a movie in your mind of all your mistakes and playing it over and over. It tortures you to death and it causes you to doubt your abilities.
God does not want you focusing on your past. If you stay focused on your past mistakes, you can't get on with your present. And God can't use you in the future. God says forget the past.
Don't let your past doubts, don't let your past guilt, keep you from being used by God. God essentially says, "I don't care what your past is. I want to use you!"
